Executive Chef Matt Arnold joined Webster House in 2011. His culinary style is influenced by local ingredients and by a desire for balance in every dish. Originally from the Kansas City area, Chef Arnold trained at the New England Culinary Institute, where he had the opportunity to intern at Lidia’s Kansas City. Chef Arnold’s experience prior to Webster House includes the Magnolia Grill in Durham, North Carolina; The Dunes in Nags Head, North Carolina; and Lidia’s Pittsburgh.
