Orin Swift Cellars was started by winemaker David Phinney. David has a long history of winemaking at high-end wineries in the Napa Valley including Robeth Mondavi Winery and Whitehall Lane. About The Wine:
Blending balanced Chardonnay with a bit of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat to flesh out the wine and add complexity, resulting in a wine unlike any other. Largely sourced from the Sonoma Coast and Atlas Peak.

smoked Missouri trout, caviar lime, pecan, sorrel, honey

About the Wine:
After fermentation and a couple of months in a barrel, 150 different wine lots were tasted through-Dave searching for the right components for "Abstract". Grapes from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Amador and Eldorado Counties.

About the Wine:
Composed of all five Bordeaux varieties, the goal was to make a stand-alone wine that incorporates all of the majesty of Cabernet Sauvignon with the subtleties of Cabernet Franc and Merlot...and the power of Petit Verdot and Malbec.

The Mercury Head Cabernet Sauvignon is a testament that, only with quality grapes, is wine possible. Sourced from the Taplin and Morisoli vineyards in St. Helena and Rutherford as well as hillside Atlas Peak vineyards this wine is incredibly complex with

The 2014 vintage was made for Cabernet Sauvignon. Featuring lots from all over Napa valley, this wine is quintessential Napa Cab made in the signature of Orin Swift.
